Coeur House builds an owned business home around your name, domain, content, and audience pathways. Keep using the platforms that work—while building the part of the business you can carry forward.
Her work can live everywhere. Her business should live somewhere she owns.

The Problem
Two familiar options. Neither gives you full control.
Most creators end up relying on one of two setups: stay inside a platform, or piece the business together across links, DMs, and separate tools. Both can work. Neither gives the whole business one stable, owned home.
The Platform-First Route
Simple to start—the platform handles access, payments, and delivery
Platform fees continue with each transaction
The brand and customer experience stay within preset limits
Policies, payouts, and account access can change outside your control
The Pieced-Together Route
Keep more of each sale
Manage links, payments, files, access, and messages across separate tools
Customer records and business history remain scattered
Harder to maintain, transfer, or grow as one connected business
Both routes can make money. Neither gives the whole business one durable home you control. That is the gap Coeur House is built to fill.
Rented reach
Useful visibility—but the rules, access, and continuity remain in someone else's hands.
The Thesis
Build theindependent sideof your business.
Not a replacement for what's already working. A parallel, owned channel underneath it — so your audience always knows where to find you, no matter what changes elsewhere.
Your address
Your audience relationship
Your content and records
Your continuity and leverage
Not a rented profile. A permanent business home.
The Creator Independence Audit
See the whole business clearly.
A private, evidence-based review of what you own, where the business still depends on outside platforms and providers, and what deserves attention first. You receive an independence score, a prioritized risk register, and a written plan you can use whether or not you build with Coeur House.
Founding rate
$250
The full fee may be applied once toward a qualifying Foundation or Residence build—including Founding pricing—when formally commissioned within 30 days of report delivery.
Your report includes the evidence behind the score, no more than five priority risks, and practical actions for the next 7, 30, and 90 days.
Identity and domain control
Direct audience access
Revenue concentration
Content backups and portability
Operational burden
Safety and boundaries
Continuity and clean exit
Foundation, Residence, phased, or no build
This is paid guidance, not a disguised sales call. The right recommendation may be a smaller fix, another specialist, a phased build, or no Coeur House build yet.
See It Built
See the system in motion.
Two fictional creators, multiple architectures, and one shared product system—showing how Coeur House can adapt to the creator without becoming another fixed template.
A complete member-facing Residence with feed, correspondence, collections, membership, and recognized access states. Open the full view and choose Come Inside to explore it.

The same Marlowe identity and content, reorganized into a sidebar and masonry layout. The structure adapts to the creator instead of forcing every build into one template.
The same core capabilities, reinterpreted around Odessa’s theatrical identity, voice, collections, membership, and audience experience.
Residence Operations — Marlowe ReyesContained demoOpen full view →
A fictional Residence operations demonstration for publishing, correspondence, collections, access, and audience management. Actions are simulated; production publishing, storage, authentication, and account operations are connected only during a commissioned implementation.
Both creators are fictional demonstration personas. Stock photography stands in for a real creator's own work.
One creator record supports three controlled surfaces: the public creator environment her audience sees, Coeur House Studio where the engagement is operated privately, and the Creator Portal where the client can see reports, project status, requested materials, and continuity records.
The public demonstrations show the intended experience. Production authentication, storage, publishing, and account operations are connected only as part of a commissioned implementation.
Start where it makes sense, and grow into more when you're ready. In short: the Foundation gives you an address and identity you own. The Residence adds the audience infrastructure beneath it.
The Foundation
Independent Creator Site
A custom, mobile-first public business home for creators who want a permanent address while continuing to use the platforms and membership destinations that already work.
Up to 5 responsive pages with custom visual direction
Creator-controlled domain setup and first-year hosting
Public positioning, previews, and links to current membership destinations
Analytics, two revision rounds, and light copy shaping
Everything in the Foundation, expanded into a commissioned member-facing application for creators ready to operate access, content, messages, and audience records through their own environment.
Member authentication and tiered access
Private feed, collections, archive, and messaging
Creator operations for publishing and audience management
Payment integration through an appropriate third-party provider
Platform fees pay for continued access to someone else's system. An owned build is an investment in the address, records, audience pathways, and brand value that remain attached to your business.
Rented Economics
Revenue continues to fund access to infrastructure the platform controls.

Limited — First 3 Creators Only
The Founding Program
Founding pricing is reserved for the first three commissioned Coeur House builds. Founding creators participate in structured product feedback, a discreet case study, and consideration of a testimonial. The engagement remains within the standard Foundation or Residence scope; additional work is priced separately. No positive review is required.
Payment terms: Founding pricing is paid in full. A verified $250 Creator Independence Audit credit may be applied once when the engagement is commissioned within 30 days of report delivery.
No. Keep using the platforms and channels that already work. Coeur House adds a direct business address and audience pathway underneath them, so the business has a home outside any one account or rule set.
Your domain, content, creator-provided media, agreed custom identity assets, agreed audience data and exports, and the engagement-specific deliverables named in your contract are yours. Coeur House retains the reusable platform core, shared authentication and membership systems, administration framework, and other technology used across Residences. What is transferred, licensed, and exportable is written down before work begins.
No. A Foundation sits alongside your current platform, so those fees remain. A Residence can move memberships into your own environment, but an approved third-party provider still charges its own fees and may require reserves. Coeur House takes 0% of creator revenue; build pricing and third-party service costs remain separate.
Residence payment functionality is connected through an appropriate third-party provider selected for your business model and eligibility. Coeur House is not the payment processor. Approval, fees, reserves, registration requirements, and settlement terms are set by the provider and confirmed after underwriting.
You can continue with The Keeping for hosting, maintenance, edits, monitoring, and support. Care plans currently range from $175 to $425 per month, with the exact scope defined in the care agreement. New product features, major redesigns, and third-party costs remain separate.
Your domain control, content files, applicable custom deliverables, agreed audience exports, and exit process are defined before the build begins. Shared Coeur House technology remains with Coeur House unless the engagement expressly states otherwise. You receive the departure and export terms in writing before commissioning the work.
A $250 evidence-based diagnostic covering identity, audience, revenue, content, operations, safety, and continuity. You receive an independence score, prioritized risk register, and 7-, 30-, and 90-day action plan. The fee may be credited once toward a qualifying Foundation or Residence commissioned within 30 days of report delivery—including Founding pricing—but it remains payment for the completed Audit whether or not a build follows.
You can commission a Residence later. The Foundation gives you a real public business home first, then allows its identity, content, and direction to carry forward into a member-facing environment when the business is ready.
